This quick and easy appetizer will be the perfect way to start your party. Each slice of crispy french bread is topped with fresh diced tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. This recipe is a must try!

  • 1 loaf french bread, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 2 Tbs. fresh basil, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay bread slices on a baking sheet. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic. Brush each slice with olive oil and garlic mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven.

Top with diced tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Serve.
