Fresh Chicken Salad
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Large Chicken Breast
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 3 Cups of Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, Sliced
- 2 Boiled Eggs, Pealed and Sliced
- Salad Dressing
Cut the chicken into pieces using a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.
Heat up oil in a skillet on medium heat and add chicken.
Cook until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Make sure to flip chicken pieces and cook both sides.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Add chicken on top and serve with the salad dressing of your choice.
