  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries, kiwi slices, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries

Remove pre-made tart crust from refrigerator and allow to reach room temperature. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over the crust. Cut the strawberries in 1/2 and arrange around the edge of the crust. Evenly distribute the rest of the fruit to cover the top of the tart. Serve immediately.
