This yogurt parfait is healthy enough to eat with dinner and sweet enough to have for dessert. The orange sections are a twist on the usual fruit found in a parfait, but it makes it even more delicious!

  • 1 1/2 Tbs. turbinado sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. orange rind, grated
  • 14 oz. plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 C. fresh blueberries
  • 2 C. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 C. orange sections

Combine the sugar, orange rind, and yogurt and mix until well blended. In each tall glass, put 1/4 C. blueberries at the bottom. Spoon about 2 1/2 tsp. of yogurt mix over the blueberries. On top of the yogurt, add 1/4 C. oranges and 1/4 C. of strawberries. Continue layering, alternating with the yogurt and fruit until the glasses are full.
