Sometimes simple recipes are exactly what you need when preparing for lunch. Take your favorite frozen ravioli and toss with this yummy seasoned sauce for a quick and painless crockpot dish.

  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped and cooked
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1 small bag frozen spinach and cheese ravioli

With a blender, puree tomatoes and blend with onion, garlic, basil leaves, thyme, oregano, salt, carrot, and honey. Pour a small amount of sauce into your crockpot and top with frozen ravioli. Pour the rest of the sauce in and cook on high for 2 hours. Garnish with fresh basil.
