Fresh Green Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 3 potatoes
- 1 8-oz. container sour cream
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
Directions
Cut up beans and cover with water and salt. Cook until tender. Dice and add potatoes when beans are done. Just before serving, add sour cream and melted butter
