  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 C. celery, chopped
  • 1 C. onion, diced
  • ¼ C. thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 C. cooked turkey, shredded
  • 12 C. bread cubes
  • 4 C. chicken broth

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with bread cubes, turkey, and broth. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and heated through.
