  • Dough:
  • 1 egg
  • ½ C. butter
  • 2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. milk
  • 2 T. sugar
  • Filling:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 4 T. butter
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ C. sugar
  • ¼ C. corn starch
  • 1 ½ C. whole milk
  • Topping:
  • Fresh fruits of choice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. For the dough, place all of the ingredients into an electric mixer to make sure all of the ingredients are combined. Set to the side. Grease about 12 cupcake liners on a cupcake tin pan. Press the dough into each greased cupcake lined tin pan. Set to the side. Meanwhile, make the filling. In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and corn starch. Add in the butter, salt and whole milk. Stir until it becomes thick. Remove from heat. Place in refrigerator. Place the prepared dough into the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let the baked dough cool. Transfer filling into each liner. Top with your choice of fresh fruit.
