Fresh Lime Cilantro Brown Rice

Serving Size / Yield
- 3 C. brown rice, uncooked
- 2 Tbs. lime juice
- 1/2 C. fresh cilantro, chopped
Cook the rice according to package directions. Once the rice has been cooked, cool for a few minutes in the fridge. Stir the chopped cilantro and lime juice into the rice. Serve.
