  • 1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 3 C. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 32 oz. plain yogurt
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, garlic, and mushrooms until softened. Stir in flour and cook for a minutes. Pour in broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simple for 5 to 10 minutes as mixture thickens. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, yogurt, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire. Stir in mushroom mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
