  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups of spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup of Canadian bacon, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • Flour
  • Melted butter

Preheat the oven at 350F.
On a flat surface, sprinkle the surface with flour and place the sheets of puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry in squares. Using your fingers, pat down a circle (not too deep) in the middle.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped spinach, and diced Canadian bacon. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
With a pastry brush, lightly brush the melted butter on top of the puff pastry. Place the spinach and bacon mixture in the middle of the pastry.
Using a baking sheet, place parchment paper to prevent the pastry from burning. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let them cook for 10 minutes.
