Fresh Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 ½ lb. asparagus spears
- 1 T. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced
In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Wrap each piece with prosciutto and transfer to a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to a broil. Broil spears for about 3 minutes on each side, careful not to overheat.
