- 2 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tsp. dill
- 2 T. olive oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Line the bottom of a greased baking dish with lemon slices and a bit of rosemary and dill. Top with fillets, sprinkle on rosemary and dill, and drizzle on olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes until flaky.
