  • 3 C. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 1 (10-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded

Puree drained spinach. In a large bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, chicken soup, egg, and dash of pepper. Pour into slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Before serving, stir in cheddar cheese.
