4-6 servings


  • 1-2 lbs Fresh tilapia
  • 3 Large Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Large Garlic Cloves
  • 6 Large Basil Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 12 oz Penne pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of one lemon to taste

Cook pasta for about 10 minutes on the stove top or until done. Combine garlic cloves, basil leaves, olive oil and tomatoes in the food processor to create sauce. Once finished, leave in bowl on the side. Grease a skillet and place tilapia on top. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cook tilapia on each side for about 4 minutes or until cooked through. Once cooked, serve fish with pasta and red sauce.
