  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 dozen crackers

First, make the tuna salad. Drain the water from the cans and pour the tuna in a large bowl. Add in the mayo and relish and mix with a fork, fluffing up the tuna as you go. Mix in the celery salt, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

While the tuna is chilling, assemble the rest of your team. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, line up all your crackers. Rinse your spinach and then remove the stems. Place one or two spinach leaves on each cracker and top with shredded carrots.

Scoop the tuna on top of the crackers and refrigerate a little longer or serve immediately.
