  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 C. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (32 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 1 C. peas
  • 2 C. egg noodles
