  • 24 chicken wing pieces
  • 1 stick butter
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Blue cheese dip or ranch dressing
  • Celery sticks
  • Hot buffalo sauce
  • Canola Oil

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and heat 3 inches of oil in a large pot. The oil should reach a temperature of 375 degrees F. Add half the chicken wing pieces to the oil. Fry them for 5-6 minutes and drain on paper towels when done. Repeat this process with the second half of wing pieces. Heat the hot pepper sauce and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the hot sauce and allow the sauce mixture to bubble before turning off the heat. Place the wings in an oven dish and pour the hot sauce over the chicken. Turn over the wings to coat them in sauce. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with blue cheese or ranch for dipping and celery sticks.
