Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. minced onion
  • 2 /4 Tbs. bacon grease
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. flour
  • 14.5 oz. can corn
  • 1C . milk

Directions

Fry minced onion in bacon grease until brown. Slowly stir in flour, then add corn and milk. Mix well. Serve hot. You can also serve the corn on toast.
