Ingredients
- 8 Dill pickles
- 1 1/4 Tbs Black pepper
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 C Beer
- 2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 1/4 Tbs Paprika
- 3 Dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/4 Tbs Cayenne pepper
Directions
Cut dill pickles in slices as thick as a silver dollar. Mix together remaining ingredients to form a batter. Dip pickle slices in batter and quickly fry in grease at 375 degrees F. until pickles float to the top, about 4 min.
