Ingredients

  • 8 Dill pickles
  • 1 1/4 Tbs Black pepper
  • 1/2 C Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 C Beer
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 1/4 Tbs Paprika
  • 3 Dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/4 Tbs Cayenne pepper

Directions

Cut dill pickles in slices as thick as a silver dollar. Mix together remaining ingredients to form a batter. Dip pickle slices in batter and quickly fry in grease at 375 degrees F. until pickles float to the top, about 4 min.
