Ingredients
- frog legs
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 egg
- water
- crackers
- salt
- pepper
- cooking oil
Directions
Parboil the legs for three minutes in salted water. Beat together egg and milk. Season the legs with salt and pepper. Dip into the milk mixture, then into cracker crumbs rolled fine. Deep fry until golden brown.
