Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 24 sm. mushrooms
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbs. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. olive oil
Directions
Wash mushrooms well, then dry. Roll in flour. Add milk and salt to egg and beat. Dip mushrooms into this mixture and fry in medium hot olive oil until light brown. Drain on paper and serve hot.
