Fried Ricotta Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. macaroons
- 1 lb. ricotta
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 C. bread crumbs
- 1 C. butter
Directions
Mash macaroons very finely, add ricotta, cinnamon and eggs. Mix well. Shape into small balls, dip into beaten egg. Roll in bread and crumbs and fry in hot butter until golden.
