  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • ½ cup hot peppers
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pkg. skewers
  • Extra virgin olive oil for frying

Place pan over high heat
Place 1 tbsp. oil in the pan
Cooked vegetables for about 4 minutes
In a frying pan bring olive oil to a boil
Cook shrimp for about 4 minute each
Skewer shrimp and vegetables
