Frozen Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions
Soften cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise and sugar. Add one can whole cranberry sauce, one small can crushed pineapple that is drained completely and 1/2 C. chopped pecans. Stir in the Cool Whip, mixing completely. Place mixture in 13x9x2-inch pan and freeze. When ready to serve, just cut into squares. Can be made a day ahead to save time. Keep refrigerated.
