  • 6 oz. melting chocolate
  • 2 T. hot cocoa mix
  • 1 ½ T. sugar
  • 1 ½ C. milk
  • 3 C. ice
  • 4 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C. sugar
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Assorted chocolate candies

In a double boiler melt the 6 oz of chocolate, being sure to stir occasionally. Stir in cocoa, sugar, until all the way mixed together.
Remove the melted chocolate mix from the heat and add in ½ cup of milk, continuously stirring until it is smooth. Let cool to room temperature.

Place the remaining milk, ice, and chocolate mix in a blender and blend until icy but smooth. Pour into mugs.

Whisk together remainder of sugar and the whipping cream until a whipped topping forms. Layer the whipped topping over the frozen hot chocolate and garnish with chocolate shaving and assorted chocolate.
