  • 4 C. Ice Cubes
  • 3 1/2 oz. (About 1/2 cup) Diet Hot Cocoa Mix
  • 1 1/2 C. Skim Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Pure Mint Extract
  • 2 C. Fat Free Half-and-Half
  • 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar

Place ice, cocoa mix, milk, and mint extract into a blender. Blend ingredients together on high for about 30-40 seconds and set aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend together the half-and-half and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour frozen hot cocoa into 4 glasses. Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and serve.
