A great way to enjoy peanut butter during the hot summer months

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. Confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 C. peanut butter
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 4 oz. Whipped topping
  • 1/2 (9") graham cracker shell

Directions

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in confectioners sugar, peanut butter, milk and topping, blend well. Spoon into baked graham cracker shell. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top, if desired. Freeze until ready to serve.
