This parfait has oats, as well as yogurt and a mixture of other fruits to suit your breakfast needs.

  • 1/3 cup of old-fashioned oats
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 a cup of sliced strawberries
  • ½ a cup of raspberries
  • ½ a cup of blackberries
  • 1/2 a cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 a banana, sliced

In a small bowl or cup, add the yogurt, and vanilla and mix well. Then, add the oats, bananas, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries and mix well together until everything is combined.
