A fruity cool treat with orange jello, sherbet, pineapple, and mandarin oranges

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits (save juice to add to jello)
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges

Directions

Dissolve jello in 1 C. of boiling water plus 3/4 C. pineapple juice. Let set in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Blend in sherbet and drained fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 to 3 hours.
