  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nut trail mix
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raisin
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • ΒΌ cup dried cherries
  • 1/3 cup sesame needs
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Cooking spray

Place baking sheet over a medium-sized baking pan.
Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Mix trail mix, cranberries, cherries, apricots, raisins, and sesame seeds in a medium-sized bowl
In a small pot, melt honey and butter over high heat making sure ingredients combine
Pour honey mixture over the trail mix mixture and mix thoroughly
Pour mixture onto baking sheet; press down to ensure flat and even spread
Place in refrigerator for 2 1/2 hours
Cut into bars
