Fruit Ice
Ingredients
- l/2 C. orange juice or l/3 C. pineapple juice
- l Tbs. lemon juice
- l/2 C. water
- l egg white
Directions
Combine fruit juices and water, freeze. Stir mixture often while freezing. When almost hard, fold in one stiffly beaten egg white. Put in an individual mold and allow to set by returning to freezer.
