Fruit Parfait

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. fat-free sour cream
- low-calorie powdered sweetener equal to 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, or 1 Tbs. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbs. orange liqueur, raspberry liqueur, melon liqueur or orange juice
- 1/4 of an 8-oz. container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 C. sliced, peeled peaches
- 1 C. raspberries
- 1 C. blueberries
- grated chocolate, optional
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, powdered sweetener or sugar, and liqueur or orange juice. Gently fold in dessert topping.
In 4 parfait glasses, layer half of the fruit and sour cream mixture. Repeat layering. If desired, sprinkle grated chocolate over each serving. Serve parfaits immediately or cover and chill for up to two hours.
