Fruit Paste
Ingredients
- 1 lb. dates
- 1 lb. figs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. confectioners' sugar
- 1 lb. nut meats
Directions
Put dates, figs and nuts through a food chopper. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Shape into small balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Let set and cool.
