Fruit Salad Dressing

Pour this dressing over your favorite fruit salad to give it a little extra kick!

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, zested
  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. egg substitute

Directions

Juice oranges and lemons.  Mix juices with sugar.  Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat.  Add egg substitute and fruit zests.  Mix gently. Cool.


Serve with: Five Fruit Salad
