  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
  • 2 kiwi peeled, halved and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 14 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • ½ cup white sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees to begin. Cream together the butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and mix in the egg. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, slat, and cream of tartar. Stir this into the creamed mixture until it is blended. Press the dough onto a pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes. Beat the cream cheese with ½ cup sugar and vanilla extract. Spread on the cooled crust and arrange the fresh fruit on top. Chill for an hour before serving.
