Fruit Salad with Lemon Honey Dressing
- Lemonade Honey dressing
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 2 Tbs. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1/4 tsp. poppy seed Dash salt
- 1 C. halved seedless red grapes
- 1 C. watermelon cubes
- 1 medium nectarine, peeled, sliced
- 1 medium pear, peeled, and sliced
In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. In medium bowl, combine fruit. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
Yield: 8 (1/2 C.) servings.
