The kids will love helping you make these whipped ice cream! If you don't like strawberries, substitute for another fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 2 C. hot water
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 C. strawberries

Directions

Combine ingredients and refrigerate until syrupy. Beat until light and add 1 pt. vanilla ice cream. Mix lightly and add 1 C. strawberries. Chill and serve.
