  • 1 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 1/3 C. raspberry juice
  • 1 C. fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tub whipped topping, thawed

Combine graham crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in juice, raspberries and whipped topping. Pour over crust. Freeze several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Store any leftover cheesecake in freezer.
