Fruity Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 lg. ripe mangoes, cut into 1/4-in. pieces
- 2 green onions, chopped
- zest of 1 lime plus its juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/3 C. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
