  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup of Milk

Blend everything together in a blender and then pour it into a few plastic cups. Cover the tops of the cups with plastic wrap and stick a popsicle stick in the center, leaving them in the fridge for at least an hour. Then, remove the plastic wrap and wiggle your popsicle out of your cup!
