Fruity Tuna Steaks
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. Ahi tuna steaks
- 1/2 C. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 C. unsweetened orange juice
- 1/2 C. unsweetened grapefruit juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. ground paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix together juices, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a dish and place the tuna steaks in the dish, coated them with the sauce. Cover and marinated for 2 hours in the refrigerator. When done marinating, grill tuna to desired doneness and discard any leftover marinade.
