This smoothie is perfect for anyone who is a lover of berries. This refreshing drink has it all from blackberries to strawberries and most importantly, it tastes delicious.

  • 2 cups mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries) fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
  • 1 cup soy milk (use non-dairy if adding lime)
  • the juice of 1/2 a lime (do not use if using cow milk)
  • several ice cubes

Put the mixed berries, jam, yogurt, soy milk and lime juice into the blender and mix the ingredients until blended properly. Once finished, add ice and continue to blend on high until the drink is smooth.
