  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 T. vegetable oil
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • ¼ C. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ C. semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, combine beans, eggs, oil, sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and allow them to sink slightly into the batter on their own. Bake for 30 minutes.
