Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 can mushrooms
- 4 florets broccoli, finely diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. oatmeal
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 pkgs. brown gravy mix

Directions
Mix all ingredients together except gravy mix. Form into a meatloaf ball. Make the brown gravy mix according to pkg. directions and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
