A sneaky way to get vegetables into your meal!

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 lg. onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 florets broccoli, finely diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. oatmeal
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 pkgs. brown gravy mix

Mix all ingredients together except gravy mix. Form into a meatloaf ball. Make the brown gravy mix according to pkg. directions and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
