  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 C. water
  • 1 C. carrot, sliced
  • 2 C. broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 8 oz. sliced beef

In a bowl, mix the spices, soy sauce, and water. Set aside. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the meat. Cook until brown. Push the meat to the side and add the prepared carrots, onions, and peppers. Cook them for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and broccoli. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Add the water mixture and cook until bubbly. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
