  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. beef broth
  • ΒΌ C. Worcestershire sauce

In a skillet with vegetable oil, brown beef on both sides. Transfer to crockpot and add beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Cook with sliced carrots and halved red potatoes for even more convenience.
