Garlic and Lemon Shrimp with Pasta

- 1/2 C. Heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbs. Lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lb. long-noodle pasta
- 1 lb. Raw medium shrimp
- 1/4 C. Chopped chives
- 1/2 C. Chopped parsley
- 1/2 C. Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Take a large skillet and heat the cream, and add in the garlic cloves and the lemon juice, and let it simmer.
Take the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp. Cook for 8-9 minutes and until the shrimp is white-brown.
Cook the pasta following the package directions. Drain well and add in the shrimp.
Toss well and season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the chives and parsley before serving.
