  • 1 tsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • 4 Slices Texas Toast
  • 1 tsp Chopped Chives
  • Mushrooms
  • Minced Garlic

Start by preheating the broiler to high.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl, stir together butter, oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt.
Butter bread with the mixture.
Put slices of bread on the baking sheet.
Leave for two minutes in the broiler or until lightly toasted.
Garnish with chives, mushrooms, and garlic.
