  • 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, rinsed and drained
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 C. bacon bits
  • 1 tsp. garlic seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Trim ends of Brussels sprouts and peel the outer layers. Cut each one in half. Set aside. Over medium heat, place oil in large skillet. Once heated, add Brussel sprouts and saute for about 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Add garlic cloves. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add garlic seasoning, salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon bits on Brussel sprouts before serving.
